Dr Smith and his team at TMJ and Sleep Solutions NW are the best. The staff is very caring and responsive to questions and concerns regarding CPAP. They were so helpful with updating my CPAP equipment this past month. Dr Smith called me on his day off, after leaving word the settings were too high after using the new machine for 3 days. He made adjustments that day and it's working great for me now! Thank you Dr Smith and the entire staff. I highly recommended TMJ and Sleep Solutions NW.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I went in regarding a dental device and, after hearing nothing for two months, I called to follow up. I was shocked to learn that nothing had been done with my case during that time. Because this device was related to my health, I felt the delay put my well-being at risk. I was eventually able to receive a refund and have since gone to another provider. However, despite receiving the refund, I continue to receive bills from this office. The lack of follow-through, communication, and continued billing has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Joseph Smith and the entire team at TMJ & Sleep Solutions NW. From my very first appointment, Dr. Smith treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and always made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. His professionalism and expertise are exceptional, but what stands out even more is the way he genuinely cares about his patients. It is rare to find a physician who combines such outstanding knowledge with such warmth and empathy. I always felt that I was in the best possible hands and that my well-being truly mattered to him. Anna the assistant was so warm, knowledgable and made me feel cared for. The front desk staff was very pleasant and competent. The office was calm and beautiful. Dr Bains seemed to be knowledgable. Parking was packed at 10:20am on a Thurs. I wish I would have known how much more expensive than a cpap that a dental piece would be without having to come in for an appt. first.
